We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your salon services for all appointments. Arriving late will limit the time of your service(s) or may run into our next scheduled appointment; which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the services. As a courtesy, we will attempt to confirm all appointments through text and/or email. Extensive salon services may require a major credit card to secure appointments. We understand that situations may occur and you might have to cancel your appointment(s), however, we kindly ask for a 24-48 hour in advance notice to avoid cancellation/rebooking fees. We reserve the right to charge cancellation/re-booking fees from $25- $100. In the event of a ‘no show’, you will be asked to leave a credit card number on file to hold your next appointment. If a no show occurs, we reserve the right to charge your card the full value of service(s).
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled appointments. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for one hour and you arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour appointment and we may not have time to complete the full service.
We are always keeping up with the latest trends by taking monthly advanced classes. By taking these classes, our knowledge for color/styling are growing. Although we make every effort to keep our website service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. If you would like to know more precise pricing before your service you may book a complimentary consultation.
Our goal is to provide professional services that meet your needs and expectations. In the event that we do not meet your expectations, we have a seven day service guarantee. For example, if you are not satisfied with your hair color received, (we would like to know) we will invite you back into the salon where we will strive to make it right. Under no circumstances does Alicia Bartnes Salon & Boutique Inc. or its stylists give refunds on services provided.
At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted since they are not included in our service prices. Gratuity is NOT included in gift certificates.
Children are only permitted on the salon floor when receiving a service. For safety reasons, and out of respect for our other guests, no child may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a salon environment.
Forms of Payment
Alicia Bartnes Salon & Boutique accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Bank debit cards. We do not accept American Express. Alicia Bartnes Salon gift cards are available. Gift certificates/Cards are not redeemable if reported lost or stolen and are not redeemable for cash.
Not all stylists participate in specials, therefore we ask that you please mention when booking appointments.
